    Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

    Stir vigorously with a sturdy wooden spoon or spatula until a thick, cohesive dough forms. If too dry, add 1 tsp warm water or honey.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes — this makes the mixture much easier to roll without sticking to your hands.

    Scoop 1-tablespoon portions and roll between clean palms into tight round balls.
